Pen’s penne with tomatoes and feta

500.00 g pasta — penne
500.00 ml rosa tomatoes
4.00 feta cheese — crumbled
3.00 garlic — cloves, unpeeled
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
garlic and herb seasoning
1.00 fresh basil — or parsley, chopped

Method:

Cook pasta according to packet instructions, then drain.
Meanwhile, toss tomatoes, feta, garlic, olive oil and seasoning into an ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
Toss penne with the feta and tomato mixture, add the herbs and serve immediately.
The tomato mixture can also be served with crusty bread and a green salad for a light lunch.
