500.00 g pasta — penne, cooked until al dente
400.00 g tomato sauce
12.00 olives — black, halved
30.00 ml capers — drained
fresh basil
parmesan cheese — shavings to serve

Method:

Toss pasta with sauce, olives and capers. Serve on a bed of basil leaves and top with Parmesan shavings.
Serves 4.
