Penne tossed with crisp bacon and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients (9)

30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
3.00 garlic — cloves, sliced
15.00 ml fresh rosemary
200.00 g bacon — chopped
200.00 g cherry tomatoes
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
500.00 g pasta — penne, cooked until al dente
150.00 g goat's milk cheese — sliced
0.00 olive oil — extra virgin, to drizzle

Method:

Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add the garlic, rosemary and bacon.
Cook for two minutes and add the tomatoes.
Cook for another minute or so, just until the tomatoes burst.
Season and toss with cooked pasta.
Spoon into warmed bowls and top with sliced cheese.
Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil just before serving.
