Pear salad

  • lettuce leaves, finely shredded
  • 6
    ripe pears (cored), peeled and halved lengthwise
  • lemon juice
  • 250
    ml
    cream cheese
  • 100
    ml
    milk
  • 7
    ml
    grated lemon rind
  • 7
    ml
    honey
  • pinch of salt
  • 350
    g
    black grapes, seeded and halved
 

Method

 
Place the shredded lettuce leaves on a flat plate. Place the pears, flat side down on the plate and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Mix cream cheese, milk, lemon rind and honey and season with a pinch of salt. Pour over the pears. Garnish with black grapes. Serves 6.
