Pear and poppy seed salad

    baby spinach and watercress
  • 200
    g
    Portabellini mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 5
    pears, rinsed, cored and sliced into wedges
  • 1
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 45
    ml
    olive oil
  • 15
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 5
    ml
    wholegrain mustard
  • 15
    ml
    poppy seeds
 

Method

 
Combine the spinach, watercress, mushrooms, pears and onion.
Make a dressing by beating together the oil, vinegar and mustard and moisten the salad with the dressing.
Sprinkle the poppy seeds on top.
