Process the sauce ingredients in a blender.
Crackers: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix together flour, sugar, vinegar, cumin and sesame seeds.
Add enough water to make a smooth paste.
Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Drop spoonfuls of a greased baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.
Lift and leave to cool.
To serve as a dip with crackers, drizzle a little thick soya sauce over.
