    curry paste

    coconut milk
  • 30
    ml
    crushed peanuts
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • 5
    ml
    palm sugar, melted in a little boiling water in the microwave (optional)
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    turmeric
  • 100
    ml
    water
 

Method

 
Heat the oil in a wok and add the curry paste, stir-frying until fragrant. Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring continually. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. The sauce must be sweet. Serve with chicken satay (see recipe).
