Ingredients (5)

240.00 g maize meal
3 to 4 large Tbs peanut butter
1.00 Litres water — boiled
500.00 ml water — cold
sugar — honey, taste

Method:

Boil 1L of water on the stove. Mix the mielie meal and cold water together to form a paste and add to the boiling water, stirring regularly.
Cook for 15 minutes. Add the peanut butter and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
