    chocolate melted digestive biscuits, crushed

    butter, melted
  • 250

    smooth cream cheese
  • 180
    ml
    golden syrup
  • 400
    ml
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 250
    ml
    cream, whipped
  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
 

Method

 
BASE: Mix together the biscuits and butter. Press into a 22 cm pie dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes. FILLING: Mix together the cream cheese and syrup, then stir in the peanut butter. Fold in the whipped cream and spoon into the crust. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and chill for 4 to 6 hours until set.
