Ingredients (4)

2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 ½ cup oats
1 cup sugar

Method:

Preheat oven to 185°C.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Roll the cookie dough into golf-size balls and flatten to about 1cm thick.

Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until golden brown on sides.
