Peanut butter cookies

    butter or margarine
  • 420

    sugar
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 270
    g
    cake flour
  • 250
    ml
    smooth peanut butter
  • 7
    ml
    bicarbonate of soda
  • 10
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Beat together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Roll into little balls, abut the size of walnuts, place on a greased baking tin and press down with a fork. Bake in preheated 180 ºC oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
