225.00 g butter — or margerine
420.00 g sugar
2.00 eggs — large
270.00 g flour — cake
250.00 ml peanut butter — smooth
7.00 ml Bicarbonate of soda
10.00 ml vanilla — essence

Method:

Beat together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Roll into little balls, abut the size of walnuts, place on a greased baking tin and press down with a fork.
Bake in preheated 180 ºC oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
