  • 410
    g
    peach halves, drained
  • 250
    ml
    prepared vanilla custard
  • 30
    ml
    soft brown sugar
 

Method

 
Switch on the oven grill. Arrange two peach halves in individual pudding dishes. Pour the custard over the peaches and sprinkle with 15 ml (1 T) brown sugar. Grill for a few minutes or until the sugar has melted. Serves 2-3.
