Peach cream

    smooth cottage cheese
  • 410

    peach slices, drained
  • 5
    ml
    grated orange rind
  • 60
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • 20
    ml
    gelatine
  • 250
    ml
    dairy peach mix
  • grated orange rind for decoration
 

Method

 
Blend the cottage cheese, peach syrup and orange rind. Add the castor sugar and cream and mix. Sprinkle the gelatine over 60 ml (4 T) cold water and leave for a few minutes. Heat over boiling water or in the microwave oven until the gelatine has melted and add to the cottage cheese mixture. Add the dairy peach mix and stir. Pour into pretty glasses or into a glass bowl and chill until set. Sprinkle with extra grated orange rind if desired, and serve with the peach slices. Serves 3-4.
