6.00	peaches — ripe, halved and stoned
125.00 g	cherries — or strawberries
125.00 g	mixed berries
	orange — zest and juice
250.00 ml	cream
2.00 ml	nutmeg — ground
100.00 g	sugar
5.00 ml	cocoa powder
100.00 g	almonds — flaked

Method:

Turn on the oven grill. Spray a fairly wide but shallow ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Slice the peaches and arrange the in the prepared dish. Place the cherries and berries in between. Pour over the orange juice and sprinkle the grated orange rind on top. Pour over the cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Combine the sugar and cocoa and sift on top. Place under the oven grill for 5-6 minutes until the sugar layer just begins to caramelise. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top and grill for about another 30 seconds or till the almond flakes just begin to brown.
Serve immediately.
