Pawpaw punch

  • 1
    ripe pawpaw
  • 1
    banana
  • 250
    ml
    orange juice
  • 3
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 500
    ml
    lemonade, chilled
 

Method

 
Peel the pawpaw and remove the pips. Dice the pawpaw and banana and process in a food processor. Add the orange juice and mix well. Season with ginger and lemon juice. Chill. Add the lemonade just before serving. Makes about 1,5 litres punch.
