Method

 
PASTRY: Bring water and oil to the boil. Place flour and salt in a food processor or in a bowl and beat egg yolks. Pour on hot liquid and work to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Keep warm by covering with a dish cloth and work pastry while it is hot. Make a second batch if and when required. FILLING: Brown mince in a little oil. Sauté onions and add to mince. Add rice, tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasoning. Simmer closed until rice is cooked. Stir in gravy powder, then stir in chopped parsley and eggs. Line small patty pans with pastry and fill with as much filling as possible. Cover with circle of pastry and press edges together with a fork. Brush pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 220 ºC for 20 minutes or until golden.
