Ingredients (5)

250.00 ml desiccated coconut
60.00 ml castor sugar
1.00 eggs — whites only
15.00 ml Food colouring — assorted colours
20.00 ml edible decorative balls — silver

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Mix the coconut, caster sugar and egg white.

Divide the mixture evenly among three bowls and colour them as desired. Roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls and arrange them on the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.

Decorate them with silver balls. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until done.
