Ingredients (10)

30.00 ml butter
15.00 ml oil
1.00 onion — chopped
125.00 ml courgettes — thinly sliced
125.00 ml peas — frozen, defrosted
125.00 ml broccoli — cut into florets
58.00 g white sauce — pasta sauce
125.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
150.00 g pasta — twists
cheddar cheese — or parmesan cheese, grated

Method:

Heat the butter and oil in a pan and sauté the onion and courgettes until tender. Add the peas and broccoli and heat through. Prepare the creamy white pasta sauce according to the instructions on the packet and add to the vegetable mixture. Add a little grated cheese and mix until the cheese has melted.
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and pour over the vegetable sauce. Serve with extra cheese.
Serves 2-3.
