Pasta with vegetable sauce

    thinly sliced courgettes

    frozen peas, defrosted

    broccoli florets, blanched

    creamy white pasta sauce
  • 125
    ml
    grated Cheddar cheese
  • 150

    pasta twists
  • grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
 

Method

 
Heat the butter and oil in a pan and sauté the onion and courgettes until tender. Add the peas and broccoli and heat through. Prepare the creamy white pasta sauce according to the instructions on the packet and add to the vegetable mixture. Add a little grated cheese and mix until the cheese has melted. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and pour over the vegetable sauce. Serve with extra cheese. Serves 2-3.
