Pasta with shallot, sausage and cherry tomatoes

  • Pasta of your choice
  • 1
    olive oil
  • 1
    garlic clove, sliced
  • 1
    chilli, left whole
  • 2
    shallots, finely chopped
  • 2
    sausages, sliced
  • 125
    cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Grated Parmesan to garnish

While the pasta is cooking heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the garlic, chilli and shallots and cook until the shallots are transparent.
Add the sausage and tomatoes.
Add some liquid if necessary (like the water that the pasta is cooking in).
Remove the chilli.
Add the drained pasta, garnish with the Parmesan, serve and enjoy.
