Ingredients (9)

450.00 g pasta — spaghetti
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 red chilli — deseeded and chopped
30.00 ml fresh oregano
2.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
200.00 g baby spinach
190.00 ml parmesan cheese — grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Place spaghetti in a large saucepan of rapidly boiling water and cook for 12 minutes, or until tender.
Heat oil in a small saucepan, add garlic, chillies, origanum and black pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain pasta and place in a serving bowl. Drizzle garlic oil mixture over it.
Parboil spinach leaves, chop and toss with spaghetti. Season to taste.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss well to combine.
