Pasta with cottage cheese sauce

    g
    herb-flavoured cottage cheese, crumbled
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 60
    ml
    fresh basil, chopped
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice
  • pasta to serve (see tips)
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Heat cream in a saucepan and simmer gently for two minutes. Add cottage cheese and lemon juice and whisk until smooth. Stir in basil and season to taste.
