Pasta with cold curry tuna sauce

    mild curry powder
  • 125
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 300
    ml
    Bulgarian yoghurt
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 170
    g
    tuna chunks, drained
  • 1
    apple, cored, peeled and chopped (optional)
  • 1
    green pepper, diced
  • 100
    ml
    raisins
  • 250
    g
    uncooked pasta of your choice
 

Method

 
Heat a small pan over medium heat and fry the curry powder in the dry pan for about one minute, taking care it does not scorch. Mix the curry powder with the mayonnaise and yoghurt and season. Add the tuna, apple, green pepper and raisins and mix. Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water until done and drain. Mix with the curry sauce and chill in the fridge for an hour to allow the flavours to develop. Serve as a light meal with a salad and bread.
