Pasta with Anchovies, Garlic, Capers and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Pasta for two
  • 1
    Tbs
    olive oil
  • 3
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic, sliced
  • 5
    anchovy fillets
  • 1
    Tbs
    capers, drained
 

Method

15 mins
 
While you are cooking the pasta heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.
Add the tomatoes and the garlic.
When the tomatoes start breaking up add the anchovies and the capers.
Add the drained cooked pasta and toss through.
