Pasta spirals with tuna-and-tomato sauce

    small green pepper, seeded and cut in strips.

    bunch spring onions, sliced

    oil

    tuna in oil, drained
  • 48
    g
    instant spicy tomato pasta sauce
  • 150
    g
    pasta of your choice
  • 30
    ml
    chopped parsley
 

Method

 
Sauté the green pepper and spring onion in the heated oil until soft. Flake the tuna and add. Prepare the spicy tomato pasta sauce according to the instructions on the packet and add to the tuna mixture. Mix and heat until warmed through. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and pour over the tuna and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 2-3.
