1.00 green pepper — strips
1.00 spring onions — a bunch, sliced
30.00 ml oil
185.00 g tuna — tinned in oil, drained
48.00 g tomato pasta sauce — spicy
150.00 g pasta — of your choice
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

Sauté the green pepper and spring onion in the heated oil until soft. Flake the tuna and add. Prepare the spicy tomato pasta sauce according to the instructions on the packet and add to the tuna mixture. Mix and heat until warmed through. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and pour over the tuna and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 2-3.
