Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    penne pasta or shell noodles
  • 115
    g
    Tinned tuna chunks, drained and flaked
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 250
    g
    frozen or canned mixed vegetables
  • 500
    g
    mayonnaise
  • 5
    ml
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 15
    ml
    chopped parsley
 

Method

1. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, tuna, onion and mixed vegetables.
3. Pour mayonnaise over and season to taste. Place in refrigerator until needed. Garnish with chopped parsley.
