    dressing olive oil

    white vinegar

    sugar

    balsamic vinegar

    garlic clove, crushed

    french mustard

    salad pasta shells (conchiglie)

    light olive oil
  • 70

    ½ packet sun-dried tomatoes, drained and halved
  • 4
    slices salami, thinly sliced
  • 1
    red pepper, cut into thin strips

    mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 75

    pine nuts, toasted
  • 25

    chopped fresh oregano
  • 25

    chopped chives
  • 150

    (about 10) cherry tomatoes, halved
 

Method

Dressing Blend the ingredients in a screw-top jar.

Salad Cook the pasta until just soft, drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sun-dried tomatoes, salami and red pepper until the latter is just soft.

Leave to cool.

Gently mix the pasta, salami mixture, cheese, pine nuts, herbs and tomatoes.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and blend well.
