    pasta (fusilli or penne)

    marjoram
  • 125

    button mushrooms
  • 2
    celery stalks
  • 200

    gammon
  • 125
    g
    strawberries, halved
  • salt and black pepper
  • DRESSING
  • 25
    ml
    red wine vinegar
  • 75
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 10
    ml
    hot English mustard powder
  • 15
    ml
    honey
 

Method

 
Cook pasta, rinse well and drain. Whisk ingredients for the dressing together and set aside. Finely chop the marjoram and add to dressing. Slice mushrooms and celery and roughly cube the gammon. Stand a colander over a large mixing bowl and in it mix all the prepared ingredients into the pasta. Add seasoning and enough dressing to coat generously. Toss salad and chill for 30 minutes. Dish into salad bowls and serve dressing separately.
