Pasta made in the microwave

  • 750
    ml
    boiling water
  • 10
    ml
    salt
  • 150
    g
    tagliatelle or pasta of your choice
 

Method

 
Pour boiling water in a microwave steaming dish, add the salt and pasta and cover with the lid. Microwave on 100 per cent power for about 6 minutes or until the pasta is just done. Drain and serve with spinach and cream cheese sauce, avocado sauce or meatballs with vegetable sauce (see recipes).
