    each ground cinnamon, cumin and coriander

    white wine

    tomato purée

    pasta, such as penne
  • 200
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 2
    extra-;large eggs
  • 30
    ml
    milk
  • 65
    ml
    Cheddar cheese, grated
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 190 é;C (375 é;F). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Heat the mince mixture with all the seasonings. Add the wine and tomato puré;e and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water until just tender. Drain well and add to the mince mixture and mix. Turn into the prepared dish. (The mixture may be prepared up to this stage and frozen.) Blend the yoghurt, eggs, milk and cheese. Pour over the mince mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture has set.
