  • 750
    g
    tagliatelle
  • 30
    g
    butter
  • 500
    ml
    fresh mascarpone or thick cream
  • 250
    g
    mild Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese
  • salt and milled black pepper
 

Method

 
Bring lots of water to boil in a large pasta pot. Add tagliatelle and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and replace in pot. Add butter, mascarpone and Gorgonzola cheese and mix. Season to taste and serve immediately on warm platters. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 71 935 kJ (17 195 Cal). A portion: 5 995 kJ (1 435 Cal).
