Pasta and courgette bake

    ml
    hot water
  • 30
    ml
    margarine
  • 110
    g
    pasta-and-sauce (mushroom and wine flavour)
  • 200
    ml
    milk
  • 2
    extra-large eggs
  • 3
    courgettes, washed and grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 60
    g
    grated Cheddar cheese
 

Method

30-35 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a 22 cm ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Add the water and margarine to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the packet of pasta-and-sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into the prepared dish. Mix the milk, eggs and grated courgettes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg mixture has set. Serves 4.
