Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the pepper and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes and lightly stir-fry for 45 seconds or until just heated through. Remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon juice and salt.
Mix the hot pasta, rocket leaves and tomato mixture in a large mixing bowl. Scatter the Parmesan cheese shavings and bacon on top and serve immediately.
