    g
    spaghetti
  • 15
    ml
    oil
  • 4
    firm fish fillets
  • 1
    green chilli, chopped
  • 3
    ml
    fennel seeds
  • 1
    garlic clove, chopped
  • 1
    can
    of chopped tomatoes
  • 30
    ml
    flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 4
    anchovy fillets, finely chopped
  • 15
    ml
    capers
 

Method

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a frying pan and then fry the fish, chilli, fennel seeds and garlic together until the fish is golden brown.

Add the tomatoes, parsley, anchovies and capers and stir-fry for a few minutes until fragrant. Pour over the pasta and enjoy.
