    g
    granadilla pulp
  • 10
    ml
    icing sugar
  • 15
    ml
    brandy
  • 250
    ml
    bottle sparkling wine
 

Method

 
Strain the granadilla pulp through a sieve and discard the pips. Mix the juice with the icing sugar and brandy and divide between 2 sparkling wine glasses. Fill the glasses with sparkling wine and serve immediately. Serves 2.
