Party polenta

Make a batch of Parmesan-flavoured polenta.
Spread hot polenta onto a baking tray and allow to cool and set.
Using a cookie cutter or sharp knife, cut polenta into shapes.
Make a robust topping of finely chopped capers, Calamata olives, anchovies and Italian parsley.
Season with lemon juice and milled pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Great for drinks parties when lining the stomach is all-important.
