375.00 ml white rice — uncooked
950.00 ml water — cold
salt — pinch
50.00 ml fresh Italian parsley — chopped

Method:

Place the rice, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil over moderate heat. Cover and simmer until rice is done. Stir in the parsley just before the rice is served with the chicken.
