  • 375
    ml
    uncooked white rice
  • 950
    ml
    cold water
  • Pinch salt
  • 50
    ml
    freshly chopped Italian or ordinary parsley
 

Method

+/- 20 min
 
Place the rice, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil over moderate heat. Cover and simmer until rice is done. Stir in the parsley just before the rice is served with the chicken.
