    basic hake pâté (see recipe)
  • 45
    g
    Parmesan cheese
  • 30
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    ml
    creamed horseradish
  • rounds of toasted bread
  • red, green or yellow pepper to garnish
 

Method

 
1. Flavour basic pâté with Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish and place spoonfuls onto croûtes. 2. Cut peppers into diamonds or other shapes and garnish.
