    chicken breast fillets

    mustard powder

    Worcestershire sauce

    butter, melted

    fresh white breadcrumbs

    Parmesan cheese

    chopped parsley

    rashers bacon, fired and chopped

    chopped cashew nuts
 

Method

 
Dip chicken breasts in a mixture of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and melted butter. Place in a baking dish and cover with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, bacon and cashew nuts. Bake at 180 ºC for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered. Serve with buttered green beans and lightly braised young tomatoes.
