Ingredients (10)

6.00 chicken breast fillets
10.00 ml mustard — powder
10.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
90.00 g butter — melted
250.00 ml breadcrumbs — white
85.00 ml parmesan cheese
15.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
5.00 bacon — rashers, chopped, fried
45.00 ml cashew nuts — chopped

Method:

Dip chicken breasts in a mixture of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and melted butter.
Place in a baking dish and cover with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, bacon and cashew nuts.
Bake at 180 ºC for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with buttered green beans and lightly braised young tomatoes.
