Papaya, lime and mint smoothie

  • 3
    cup
    peeled and cubed papaya
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1
    Tbs
    chopped fresh mint
  • 1-2
    Tbs
    honey
  • 2
    Tbs
    raw almonds
  • 1-2
    Tbs
    water to loosen if needed
 

Method

Add all ingredients to your smoothie maker and blitz until it reaches the desired consistency.

Taste and adjust according to your own preference.

Serve over crushed ice.
