Ingredients (5)

500.00 ml cherry pie filling
8.00 pancakes
150.00 ml cream — thick
15.00 ml cherry liqueur — or kirsch
30.00 ml almonds — flaked and toasted

Method:

Heat the pie filling.
Place two pancakes on top of each other on a large plate.
Spread with a third of the pie filling.
Place another two pancakes on top, and spread with another third of the filling.
Repeat the proces, ending with pancakes.
Whip the cream, flavour with the liqueur or Kirsch and spread on top of the pancakes.
Sprinkle with the toasted almonds and serve.
