Pancakes With Banana, Yoghurt And Honey

    ready-made pancakes
  • 2
    bananas, sliced
  • 200
    ml
    Greek yoghurt
  • 80
    ml
    honey
  • 50
    ml
    mixed nuts, toasted
 

Method

 
1. Spoon half of the banana slices, yoghurt and honey into the centre of the pancakes.
2. Fold the pancakes into quarters. Top each individual pancake with the remaining yoghurt, banana and honey. Sprinkle with the toasted nuts and serve immediately.
