Ingredients (5)

250.00 g pears — dried, chopped and cooked in rooibos tea
7.00 ml aniseed
50.00 ml castor sugar
30.00 ml butter
25.00 ml rum

Method:

Drain the pears slightly and mix with the remaining ingredients. Heat until warmed through and spoon over the pancakes. Roll up and serve with cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar, if desired.
