Pan fried Hottetots fish

Ingredients

  • 2
    fresh fish fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemons, squeezed
  • Olive oil
 

Method

10 mins
 
Take the fish fillets, flavour with salt and pepper and marinate for at least an hour in fresh lemon juice.
In a non stick pan, fry the fish in a little olive oil, be careful not to over cook the fish.
Serve with a salad.
