Oven-baked polenta

Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    polenta
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 10
    ml
    butter
  • 1
    Litres
    water
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients in an oven pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake for another 10 minutes or until done. Serve with Italian casserole (see recipe).
