Ostrich steak with chips and yoghurt sauce

  • 400
    g
    baby potatoes, quartered
  • 2
    ostrich steaks, about 125 g each
  • 125
    ml
    fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped fresh watercress
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 200 °C and heat a baking sheet.
Cook the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until golden brown and done.
Serve with the steak and chips.
