Orange sherbet sundae

    granadillas
  • 30
    ml
    mint, chopped
  • 30
    ml
    Galiano, an anise-based liqueur
  • 250
    ml
    crème fraîche
  • 1
    pineapple, chopped
  • 4
    scoops orange sorbet
 

Method

 
Scoop out the granadilla pulp and mix with mint and liqueur.
Spoon the pulp into four sundae glasses and spoon over the crème fraîche.
Top with pineapple and a scoop of sorbet.
