Ingredients

  • 160
    ml
    frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    ml
    ground ginger
  • toasted coconut
 

Method

Heat the orange juice concentrate, sugar and ginger together until the sugar has dissolved. Serve with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle a little toasted coconut on top. Makes 150 ml (3/5 c).
