Orange biscuits for a biscuit cutter

  • 250
    g
    margarine
  • 125
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 10
    ml
    grated orange rind
  • 750
    ml
    cake flour
 

Method

 
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). 2. Cream the margarine and castor sugar together. 3. Add the egg and rind. 4. Gradually add the cake flour, mix thoroughly and knead well. 5. Press the biscuits onto a greased sheet with biscuit cutter and bake for about 20 min.
