Orange barbecued chicken

    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 200
    ml
    orange juice
  • 25
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 10
    ml
    instant chicken stock powder
  • 25
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 15
    ml
    prepared mustard
  • 10
    ml
    prepared chilli masala sauce
  • 1
    orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    chicken, cut into portions
 

Method

 
Combine all the ingredients except chicken. Add chicken and allow to marinate for 4 hours, or overnight if possible. Grill or braai chicken pieces, basting with sauce continuously. Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.
