Orange and radish salad

    oranges, peeled and thinly sliced

    large radishes, thinly sliced

    small red onion, thinly sliced

    black olives
  • DRESSING

    garlic clove, crushed

    paprika

    ground cumin (jeera)

    lemon juice
  • 40
    ml
    olive oil

    sugar

    finely chopped parsley

    ground cinnamon
 

Method

 
Arrange the oranges, radishes and onion slices in layers in a container or bowl and scatter the olives on top.
Blend the dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar and pour over the salad just before serving.
